By requesting services from or interacting with Sammy's Pressure Washing (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Sammy's Pressure Washing provides professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Services include house washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, deck and patio cleaning, roof soft washing, fence cleaning, commercial property cleaning, and related add-on services.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Estimates provided through our website (including the AI quote tool and price calculator) are estimates only and not binding quotes. Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site assessment. Actual pricing may differ based on property condition, actual size, access difficulty, and other factors identified during assessment. We will communicate any price differences before beginning work.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

• Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via phone or email.
• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without charge.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions that would compromise safety or work quality. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

4. Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
• For commercial accounts, net-30 payment terms may be arranged in advance.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results, notify us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to pre-existing stains that cannot be removed with standard pressure washing techniques, which will be disclosed prior to service.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best results and safety:

• Close all windows and doors before service begins.
• Remove or secure outdoor furniture, decorations, and vehicles from the work area.
• Notify us of any fragile items, plants, or areas requiring special care.
• Ensure we have clear access to water connections on the property.
• Keep children and pets away from the work area during service.

7. Insurance and Liability

Sammy's Pressure Washing is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry general liability insurance to cover any accidental property damage caused by our work. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage resulting from aged or fragile surfaces (including paint, wood, or caulking in poor condition), or damage caused by customer failure to follow preparation instructions.

8. Website and AI Tool Disclaimer

Our website and AI quote assistant are provided for informational purposes only. Price estimates generated by the AI or calculator are approximations and do not constitute a binding contract. We make no warranties about the accuracy of AI-generated responses. Always confirm details with us directly before making decisions based on AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Sammy's Pressure Washing is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
